1. Who runs Yu-Gi-Oh DB

Yu-Gi-Oh DB is operated by Saad Bin Farooq ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. What we provide

Yu-Gi-Oh DB is a free, fan-made reference database for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. We provide card lookup, set browsing, artwork, and related information. We are not affiliated with Konami or the official Yu-Gi-Oh! brand. Card data and images are sourced from third-party APIs.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Spam, harass, defraud, or abuse the service or other users.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, including those of Konami, card artists, or data providers.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass any access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content in a way that harms site performance or violates our data providers' terms.
• Upload or distribute malware or any harmful code.

4. Intellectual property

The Yu-Gi-Oh DB name, logo, code, design, and documentation are owned by Saad Bin Farooq. Yu-Gi-Oh! card names, artwork, card text, and related marks are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners (Konami and others). We do not claim ownership of official Yu-Gi-Oh! intellectual property.

5. Payments, tips, and Paddle

Optional tips are one-time payments, not subscriptions. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our online reseller and Merchant of Record.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please review them before completing a tip.

6. Service level

We aim to keep Yu-Gi-Oh DB available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Card data may be incomplete, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. The site is provided "as is" and "as available".

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or create a security risk. Termination does not affect any payments already processed by Paddle.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saad Bin Farooq disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, except where prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saad Bin Farooq operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yu-Gi-Oh DB after changes means you accept the updated terms.
